1. Who we are
Numidia Talent ("BNT", "we", "us") operates a recruitment and remote-work platform connecting North African talent with international employers. By creating an account or using bnt.devyouz.net (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Candidate accounts are free. Employer accounts may be subject to a paid plan as described on our Pricing page.
3. Candidate content
You retain ownership of your profile, resume, and any content you upload. By publishing a profile, you grant BNT a license to display it to employers on the Platform and, where relevant, in curated shortlists or Elite/VIP promotions. You can edit or delete your content at any time from your profile settings.
4. Employer content and job posts
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings and company information. All job posts are subject to moderation before appearing publicly; BNT may reject or remove postings that are misleading, discriminatory, or violate applicable law. Job tier promotions (Elite/VIP) are curated at BNT's discretion.
5. Plans, credits, and payments
During our early access phase, payments are processed manually (bank transfer, PayPal, or another method agreed with our team) — there is no automated billing yet. Credits and subscription plans are activated by an administrator after payment is confirmed. Prices shown on Pricing are indicative and may be adjusted for your specific situation; any change to your plan will be communicated before it takes effect.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform: no spam, scraping, fake accounts, circumventing fees, or posting unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. No guarantee of hire
BNT connects candidates and employers but does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of any party's claims. Any employment relationship formed through the Platform is solely between the candidate and the employer.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal/safety reasons.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
